This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where we are located. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that country.

We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting the modified Agreement on our webapp. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the modified Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
